How to install OAPPS for Instagram Suite via Freshdesk Marketplace?

First option

  • Open the Freshdesk Marketplace page in your browser. Find an application you need, using the search field by entering the name of the app:

  • Click on “Try for free” to start a free 21-day trial:
  • Enter your full Freshdesk domain name and click “Proceed”:

  • Click "Try for free" and then "Install" on the next steps:

Second option

  • Inside Freshdesk - click on an “Admin”  icon (the lowest icon on the left panel).
  • Scroll to a “Support Operations” section and click on “Apps”:

  • Search for “OAPPS for Instagram Suite”:

  • Click on “Try for free” to start a free 21-day trial:
