How to manage your subscription, payment method and download invoices for Instagramer Direct for FreshDesk – OAPPS for Freshdesk

1. Go to Admin settings -> Apps

2. Click Manage apps

3. Click Instagramer Direct Settings -> Edit Settings

4. Click Upgrade - It will open a billing settings in a new window.
⚠️ If window does not open check your browser pop up blocker settings

There you can:

Cancel Subscription
Check plan renewal date
Update your credit card
Change billing information (Company name, address, etc)
View and download past invoices
